1. RUJI Perps Went Live!

2. Update v3.8.0

3. XRP Swaps Halted

Users were facing long outbound delays for XRP, and on 15-Jul, XRP swaps were automatically halted by the solvency checker. V3.8.1 was pushed to alleviate this (and re-enable swaps), with full bug fix in v3.9.0.

4. Update v3.9.0
