1. AppLayer / Rujira Roadmap for 1H-2025

2. v3.0.0 Update

On 12-Dec, v3.0.0 was updated. Ref: https://gitlab.com/thorchain/thornode/-/tags/v3.0.0

Highlights include:

• AppLayer infrastructure, Cosmos SDK v0.50, Secured Assets are live.
• Affiliate fees are taken from outbound instead of inbound: partial refunds will no longer charge the full affiliate fees on the total inbound.

3. v3.1.0 Update

v3.0.0 introduced a bug blocking RUNE transactions for Ledgers. v3.1.0 was updated on 20-Dec to patch that issue. The Base integration code was also included in this update, but will only be enabled in early next month.
