1. Update v3.3.0
On 12-Mar, the v3.3.0 update proposal was released; and was adopted on 14-Mar. Highlight was adding CosmWasm functionality to prepare for AppLayer launch.

2. Bug Patches
V3.3.1 was updated to patch a UTXO outbound bug.
V3.3.2 was updated to patch a BSC observation bug, due to BSC’s Pascal hardfork.
3. Raise the Bond Campaign
With THORChain being underbonded since the THORFi issue (combination of multiple nodes churning out and drop in RUNE price), the community responded with a “Raise the Bond” Campaign. Pooled bonding details:
