We built swap.thorchain.org as the protocol's home base - a place where every swap prioritizes native cross-chain trading. No wrapped tokens. No centralized exchanges. Zero friction. Built for the community that makes it all possible.
Why We Built It
THORChain has always been infrastructure. A trustless, decentralized liquidity layer that powers swaps for wallets, aggregators, and exchanges across the ecosystem.
But we realized something: the community needed a front door.
We needed a place where anyone, whether you're swapping BTC for ETH or discovering THORChain for the first time, could experience the protocol directly. A place that puts THORChain first, keeps fees low, and makes cross-chain swaps feel effortless.
Most interfaces that integrate THORChain offer many alternatives. That's fine, it's their business. But the THORChain community deserves a home base. A swap interface that's unapologetically focused on THORChain cross-chain swaps, built with the protocol's values at the core.
Our primary goal is to drive transaction volume to THORChain. By building our own interface, we have direct control over the user experience, the routing logic, and how we give people the ultimate THORChain experience. This gives us the ability to actively grow the protocol in ways that align with the community's long-term vision.

Don't want to connect your wallet? You don't have to. Send funds directly from any wallet to initiate a swap. Currently supported for BTC, ETH, XRP, BNB, TRON, DOGE, BCH, LTC, AVAX, and ATOM.
Open source.
The swap interface is open source and built for transparency. This is infrastructure for the entire ecosystem.
